Before placing an order, you must become an Authorized Dealer by opening an account with us. If you already have an account please provide us with your complete information (account number, full name, phone number, etc.) via firstname.lastname@example.org. Otherwise, in order to become an authorized dealer, download a Dealer Account Application Form (click) and fax your application along with a copy of your resale certificate to 1-800-491-7351.
Steps for Ordering Laser-Cut
Once you have a design, getting it laser-cut is simple. We typically ship within five business days from receiving your design, sometimes even as quickly as the same day. Here are the steps involved in making a custom cut:
You prepare your file of your custom cut. (See File Handling section for more information on preparing your file.)
You send us your design via email@example.com.
We email you a quote within 24 hours.
After your approving the price quote and the proof, we start working on your order.
How to Supply Your Materials for Laser Cutting
If you plan to supply your own material, please mention this in your email and also specify the sheet size, color, and weight of the paper you plan to supply. Sheets must be no larger than 24 x 18 inches. We prefer to receive the sheets in a larger size and cut the requested size after the laser cutting is finished. Please send the material to our address as shown on our contact page. Also include a note that has your full name and day-time phone number. Please keep in mind that the material must be quite flat (not curved, warped, or rolled; otherwise the laser beam cannot focus properly).
If you are purchasing the paper from us, please provide us with a description of your desired paper /or product. You are required to supply us with 10% extra material just in case something goes wrong with the cutting, and for testing and calibration purposes. If you would like us to ship excess material back to you, please mention it in your email.
